There are a lot of new books coming out each year and some of them catch my attention and will get a spotlight in my Waiting on Wednesday post. While some of them will finally end up here at my place, others won´t. I am joining Tressa at Wishful Endings and her meme Can´t-Wait Wednesday.

This author will be one of the new-to-me authors in 2023. Usually, I am not that much into reading a homeland novel. I rather watch the movies or TV shows they produce in that genre. And to be frank, I have no clue why I asked for this novel in the first place. But something must have caught my attention and later my interest while scrolling through the publisher´s program that it ended up on my review-request-list. So, here is my pick for this week. A book from a saga about strong women, carpentry, and the time shortly after the war.

    I hope this is a wonderful read for you. It sounds really interesting and I do love a book that features strong women.

      I hope that the women in this saga are not only strong but also can show their feminine side, too.
