With the Weekly Book Wrap-Up, I give you a bit of an insight into all the new books that have arrived at my place. No matter if I won a giveaway, got approved for a reviewer´s copy, an ARC, or just bought one myself. Everything that I add to my shelves, in what way ever and read during the past week or am still reading, I will write about it. And maybe I tell you a bit about the upcoming things on Inkvotary, that is if I don´t forget it and have something to share with you *smile*
I am linking up with Tynga´s Reviews and Caffeinated Reviewer and hope you´ll have fun reading it and maybe get the one or the other book inspiration.
Stacking The Shelves #93
My copy The Rise Of Magicks has arrived.
Sunday Post #50
With all the bathroom stuff going on and the mess I am still dealing with, I had no time or head, to get the Christmas decorating done. I am simply not in the mood for much Christmas decoration and if I can find a quiet minute next week, I will go and get, at least, my advent wreath out of its box and on the table.
The entire situation is stressful. My father was here on Saturday to help met get the upper kitchen cabinets down and the light. During the day, no problem having no light in my kitchen. But at night I realize how used I am having an electric light in it. I don´t know how long the situation will last, but I am already tired of it.
How was your week?
Happy reading

I sympathise, it was only a minor thing but we had issues in our bathroom last week which meant all 6 of us had to share the facilities in my tiny en-suite for a few days. It was not fun! I hope the repairs go quickly.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great reading week
Well, they can´t do anything as long as the wall is not dry. And so far the heater still manages to get water out of the wall. I hope they will have good news for me next week. Thank you for stopping by.
DeleteI think December is early enough to decorate for Christmas anyway. I pre-order the Nora Roberts but I have yet to read the previous ones. I hope your situation ends soon and all is fixed!
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart
I was reading the previous book in this NR trilogy when the water problem started. So far I still have some pages left before I can start the third and last one. But taking the time to read some pages seems impossible to do.
DeleteI'm so sorry that the nightmare of your kitchen and bathroom repairs is ongoing... I quite understand why you don't feel in the mood to put the the decorations - but you've plenty of time. I hope this week will be less stressful...
ReplyDeleteThe good thing about this broken wall is, I am forced to sort things out. This way of cleaning everything is kind of healing and with every item I am throwing into the bin, I feel a bit lighter. Thank you for your visit.
DeleteIt's hard to feel like decorating sometimes when you have other things going on! Hope it all goes well and you had a good weekend. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is and I am not sure if I will get into the festive modus this year at all. Thank you for stopping by and have a great week, Greg.
DeleteI hope the bathroom gets finished soon! I started putting up my Christmas decorations, but I got distracted, and now they’re everywhere. Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
I hope that too. Would be nice to enjoy the holidays without things laying around everywhere. Thank you for your visit.
DeleteIt seems like everyone has grabbed a copy of The Rise of Magicks. It's been years since I've reached for a Nora Roberts book, maybe I should look into this series.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what is going on with your house - if it's plumbing or renovations - but I hope it get accomplished soon so you can relax. That kind of stuff is always stressful.
A broken pipe in my bathroom wall is the reason. And the consequence of all the water is that I have to renovate my bathroom and kitchen because they are wall to wall. I love NR books and hope that this trilogy will be a good one. The first book Year One did not really convince me though...
DeleteThat all does sound very stressful. I hope that the work on your kitchen and bathroom is finished soon.
ReplyDeleteI hope that too. The wall is still a bit wet and I have no clue if the entire kitchen needs to be removed or only some cabinets. Oh well ... Thanks for stopping by.
