With the Weekly Book Wrap-Up, I give you a bit of an insight into all the new books that have arrived at my place. No matter if I won a giveaway, got approved for a reviewer´s copy, an ARC, or just bought one myself. Everything that I add to my shelves, in what way ever and read during the past week or am still reading, I will write about it. And maybe I tell you a bit about the upcoming things on Inkvotary, that is if I don´t forget it and have something to share with you *smile*
I am linking up with Tynga´s Reviews and Caffeinated Reviewer and hope you´ll have fun reading it and maybe get the one or the other book inspiration.
Stacking The Shelves #86
Nothing new on the book front.
Sunday Post #43
Not sure if I can blame the "Golden October" we are having right now for me being such a chaotic and unorganized person. The weather is way too beautiful with the blue sky, the brightly shining sun, and the warm temperatures, to just sit inside and read and write. I start to see all the advantages an e-reader or audiobook is giving its users. I am outside for a walk or for a run and listening to audio is possible with the kindle app on my cell. I just don´t have the books on it, I am reading as a print for the Fraterfest. Ah, what the heck! At least I´ve learned that I need to be more organized if I will ever make my blog a success *smile*
So far, I am a total failure with the Blog Ahead October Challenge. You might remember that I wrote last week, that “my plan for creating posts in November and December is done”. Yup, that list is done. The only thing is, everything I´ve written and scheduled until now is all for October. I´ve got nothing done for November or December. In my mind yes, but not on paper or my dashboard. The past few days I only managed to do some content for my Instagram for the Fraterfest Readathon. It seems as if I am currently learning, that I am actually a total chaotic person when it comes to blogging or doing social media. Usually, I am a very organized person. But getting some blog content done seems impossible for me to do.
Happy reading

ah, hang in there. sometimes i am scrambling for something to post, other times i have too many review books and nowhere to place them. i use tours to fill in some of the blanks, especially during the holidays, when i am very busy and summer, when i want to play outside. enjoy the walks and have a great week

Yep, I guess sometimes we just have other things on our mind or it simply is as it is. Thank you for your visit.
DeleteI’m always pretty much just on time, I seem to work better with deadlines in place.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great reading week
Well, sometimes they do the trick for me too. But this year something is completely different. I just have not figured out what it is that keeps me from being on track and how to change it. Thank you for stopping by.
DeleteI'm envious of the nice October weather! We've had nothing but rain for two weeks! I wish I could say it's made me more productive but it hasn't. I share some of your pain on the Blog Ahead challenge. I've written 15 posts but less than half are for Nov/Dec and the rest are for October. I try not to beat myself up too much though as any posts in the bank are better than none! Hope you have a better week this week and good luck!
ReplyDeleteGirl, you are SO RIGHT with your way of seeing the Blog Ahead! I should see it the same way. Thank you for stopping by and good luck to you too.
DeleteWell it takes time to get into a routine. Grave Mercy is a wonderful book; I hope you enjoy it I'm just trying to catchup and can't even consider Blog Ahead right now. Here's to a better week.
ReplyDeleteAnne - Books of My Heart Here is my Sunday Post
I fear that I won´t do another Blog Ahead. Well, I have still about two weeks to get at least some posts for it done. We will see. Thanks for your visit.
