Waiting On Wednesday #88 – The Rise Of Magicks by Nora Roberts


is a weekly event that was originally hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. This meme is a place that spotlights upcoming releases that we´re eagerly anticipating with pure joy. There are a lot of new books coming out each year and some of them catch my attention and will get a spotlight in my Waiting on Wednesday post. While some of them will finally end up here at my place, others won´t. I am joining Tressa at Wishful Endings and her meme Can´t-Wait Wednesday.

Seems, that I am currently waiting for two Nora Roberts books to come out. One I´ve already pre-ordered, this here, so far, I haven´t. I am sure, between today and its release day, I will place my order. Though I didn´t give book one a good rating, I read it and the second one of these Chronicles of The One is already waiting for me. So, why not buy it, too, and see how things will end up? But to be honest, the cover doesn´t make me jump. Somehow, I am missing the special something the covers of books one and two are having. This here, I don´t know, looks less elegant, mysterious and eye-catching. The color combination is it, that bugs me most.
